This Application collects some Personal Data from its Users.

For our mailing list (For people interested in receiving information from us) we collect:

For clients we collect:

- Special needs or learning challenges, so that we can tailor the session delivery accordingly

For clients below the age of 18 we also collect:

- Date of birth, as we need to keep your information for 7 years after you turn 18 for insurance purposes

The Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Application.

All Data requested by this Application is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services. In cases where this Application specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without any consequences on the availability or the functioning of the service.

LiteSpeed Cache
This site utilises caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary. MANAGING CONTACTS & SENDING MESSAGES

This type of service makes it possible to manage a database of email contacts, phone contacts or any other contact information to communicate with the User.
These services may also collect data concerning the date and time when the message was viewed by the User, as well as when the User interacted with it, such as by clicking on links included in the message.

By registering on the mailing list or for the newsletter, the User’s email address will be added to the contact list of those who may receive email messages containing information of commercial or promotional nature concerning this Application. Your email address might also be added to this list as a result of signing up to this Application or after making a purchase.

How do we store your data?

Mindstate securely stores your data at the business headquarters on a secure hard drive, which is password protected.

We will keep your contact-related data for 5 years from the end of the last session and delete your data from mobile phones and email accounts after that time has expired.

Promotion

Mindstate would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. We do not other send you details from other organisations.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please email hello@mindstate.one with the headline "Please take me off your mailing list".
